Cambodia's Highway 3 serves as a transportation artery connecting the capital of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, and the southwestern coastal province of Kampot, passing through five provinces and cities. It is an important component of Cambodia's national highway network. The expansion of Puzhai No.3 Highway has been basically completed, with a total length of 135 kilometers. In order to avoid frequent traffic accidents, intelligent speed measurement cameras will be installed in ten places along the way to monitor dangerous behaviors such as drivers speeding, not wearing seat belts, and smoking on the phone.. Our company is responsible for the intelligent transportation project of the NR3 Road Reconstruction and Expansion Project in Cambodia. Electronic monitoring is set up at 10 points within the scope of the project, covering all flow directions. Electronic monitoring uses a 300W pixel camera to capture 1-2 lanes. An intersection with electronic monitoring is equipped with a set of monitoring equipment boxes next to the distribution box, which are equipped with monitoring terminal servers for processing and storing the monitoring and capturing data of the intersection.
